The 3D printing process of aluminum-shifted polyamide enables the production of the raw material efficiency award, which IONDESIGN designed for the German Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Bei diesem Herstellungsverfahren bleiben Spuren des Laser-Sinter-Drucks zur\u00fcck, welche den Aufbau des K\u00f6rpers aus feinen Schichten offenlegen und seine besondere Struktur schaffen. Das Grundmaterial der Troph\u00e4e ist pulverf\u00f6rmig. Der Laser verh\u00e4rtet das Material Schicht f\u00fcr Schicht, so entsteht der K\u00f6rper aus dem Pulver, wobei das unverbrauchte Material f\u00fcr weitere Drucke verwendet wird. Rohstoffeffizienz also sowohl in den Minimalfl\u00e4chen des K\u00f6rpers als auch bei Material und Herstellungsprozess. Bereits im f\u00fcnften Jahr infolge wird die von IONDESIGN gestaltete Troph\u00e4e nun verliehen.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
